ذكذكتسئµ is seeking a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Planner to oversee and manage end-to-end clinical supply chain activities for assigned clinical protocols. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless supply of Clinical Trial Materials (CTM). Key areas of focus include forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory management, financial planning, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial materials for global clinical trials.
- Support the development, testing, and oversight of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems and actively manage CTM through these systems.
- Utilize and support budget forecasting and planning tools.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations to align on demand assumptions and develop efficient supply strategies.
- Design and manage supply-demand forecasts using web-based optimization tools.
- Identify potential supply risks and implement mitigation plans as needed.
- Oversee the label creation and approval process, ensuring compliance with translations and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate clinical supply requirements to Global Planning and coordinate demand and supply seamlessly.
- Support the return and destruction of clinical trial materials for assigned protocols.
- Monitor program and protocol budgets, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and achieve cost-saving targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure operations remain connected and compliant with quality standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of end-to-end clinical supply chain processes.
- Experience with supply-demand forecasting systems (e.g., NSIDE, Bioclinica, Oracle) is a plus.
- Familiarity with IRT systems and GxP standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to external influences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate complex challenges effectively.
