ذكذكتسئµ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team in the Netherlands. This field-based role focuses on driving commercial objectives for innovative products in the cardiovascular and biotechnology space, particularly in cardiology and heart failure. You will play a key role in optimizing patient care by increasing diagnoses and strengthening referral networks, especially within top clinical hospitals. Reporting to the Business Lead, you will develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the overall product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Present a positive image of the company and develop awareness of the RNAi platform with relevant groups of healthcare professionals.
- Support, own, and drive territory and account plans, including customer targeting and cycle plan, in line with Marketing strategy and line manager's guidance.
- Promote the product portfolio and achieve post-launch KPIs.
- Use sales skills to ensure consistent and continuous messaging.
- Perform a detailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify, assess, and support the development of relevant centers for diagnosis and referral of appropriate patients to the specialist treatment centers.
- Drive awareness of patient identification, diagnostic testing, and referral pathways through tailored territory strategies.;
- Build relationships and maintain contact with key customers and provide commercial and scientific services to ensure access at site of care where appropriate.
- Manage and execute local meetings to drive diagnosis and referral, in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Team for physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent our customers at local and national meetings and congresses.
- Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal staff (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Business Operations), as required.
- Timely and accurate reporting and continuous diligent maintenance of the CRM database.
- Conduct all activities to highest ethical standards in accordance with country code of practice and local Laws and regulations.
- Significant domestic travel and occasional international travel as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree in a business-related field such as health or business management or comparable educational background.
- 3+ years of previous Sales and Key Account Management experience in bio/pharmaceutical sales.
- Therapeutic area experience in Cardiology is required
- Ability to gain consistent access and develop strong & professional relationships for product promotion with healthcare providers in reference centers and the community.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to engage with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen to add value to the existing health care structures.
- Ability to draw on previous experiences and insights to generate and maintain appropriate awareness and timely access to treatment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel within a territory on a regular basis (80% of the time).
