ذكذكتسئµ is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support laboratory operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position will be required to ensure accurate handling, sorting, and processing of specimens. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with email and basic computer programs.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
The Materials Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Follow safety procedures to minimize risks associated with blood and bodily fluid exposure.
- Distribute specimens to the appropriate departments for timely analysis.
- Provide exceptional service to internal customers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Open shipping packages, remove airway bills, and organize contents for processing.
- Enter receipt information into the system accurately.
- Sort specimens into designated areas as required.
Compensation:
- $13 to $15 per hour
