Senior/Principal Biostatistician - Permanent - Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

ÐßÐßÊÓƵ is partnered with a truly exciting Biotech at the forefront of innovation within the Oncology space. The business is placing strong investment into the growth of their Biostatistics function with a specific focus on further developing the team in their US headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for all statistical aspects of clinical trials, ensuring methodologies and analyses are robust and aligned with scientific objectives. Your role involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams and oversight of CROs to guarantee high-quality statistical deliverables.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in statistics or a related field.
• Expertise in statistical analysis within clinical trials, with oncology experience being advantageous.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS and R.

The Senior/Principal Biostatistician's responsibilities will be:

• Lead statistical activities for clinical trials, ensuring robust methodologies and alignment with scientific goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study design elements such as sample size, randomization, and endpoint selection.
• Develop and oversee Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with study objectives.
• Manage CRO deliverables, ensuring the accuracy and quality of statistical outputs.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the clinical department and with external vendors.
• Provide comprehensive statistical support across all phases of clinical trial development.
