ذكذكتسئµ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Munster. In this role, you will focus on maximizing the potential and use of oncology-related products within your territory. You will engage with healthcare professionals, including gynecologists, oncologists, and pathologists, to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about working with complex products
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand business relationships in both existing and new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer networks and key account records.
- Deliver presentations on products at local events and conferences.
- Organize and lead standalone meetings and workshops.
- Participate in regular product training sessions.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the national sales manager while working autonomously in the region.
- Travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays, to meet customer needs.
- Uphold company values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record in specialty care or oncology.
- Expertise in key account management and customer relationship building.
- Solid understanding of cancer care, hospital settings, and reimbursement processes.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and work effectively with complex products.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and solution-oriented team player.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
