��Ƶ is seeking a Distribution Centre Operative to support the safe, accurate, and compliant handling of pharmaceutical products. This role involves maintaining product integrity, adhering to regulatory standards, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and batch details.
Store pharmaceuticals under required conditions, such as temperature control, following Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Rotate stock using First Expiry First Out (FEFO) procedures.
Accurately pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems and barcode scanners.
Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate with logistics carriers.
Conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy.
Report and investigate discrepancies or incidents.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GDP/GMP regulations to ensure product quality.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, security, and housekeeping.
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) as licensed.
Use warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and basic IT tools for tracking operations.
Report issues or deviations promptly to supervisors.
Collaborate with warehouse, quality, and logistics teams.
Suggest improvements to processes or workflows.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in warehouse operations, ideally within pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
Knowledge of GDP/GMP guidelines and warehouse safety standards.
Forklift license and experience preferred.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Microsoft Excel/Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
Basic numeracy and IT literacy.
